We want you to be happy with your purchase and hope you enjoy using your item, but we also understand that for one reason or another, there may be times when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.
If I change my mind...
We provide a hassle free 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases at RetailGadgets.co.uk. If you wish to return an item you have purchased, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item. This does not apply to: items personalised or made to your specification; CD's/DVD's, audio/video recordings, or software, that you have unsealed; items that due to their nature cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers and periodicals/magazines).
To return your item for a refund, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or reply directly to your order confirmation email, and request an RMA (Returns Merchant Authorisation) number for your purchase; quoting your:
- Name and address
- Order ID number.
- The name of your item.
- And the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
Condition of returns
It's important that returned items are sent back to us in its original condition with no marks or damage to the item and packaging. You must take reasonable care of the item and ensure that it is returned “as new” in the condition it was received.
If there is a fault with the product...
All of our products are covered by a 1-Year Warranty.
If your item develops a fault within 30 days we will replace your item for you.
If a fault develops after 30 days, we will arrange for a repair of the product under the warranty or, if that’s not possible, replace your item for you or, if that's not possible, exchange it for a similar item of equal value.
Please note that factors such as general wear and tear, breakages, and any damage caused by the user of the item, are not covered by a warranty.
Once your returned item has been received we will usually refund your purchase within 10 working days. The refund will be made on the original debit or credit card that was used to make the purchase.
